The Club provides a setting for social interaction and networking among the members. Catalyst Building Tour

    July 8th, 2025

The tour will begin at 3:00 pm at 4601 Catalyst Court. A happy hour at Rathskeller (4524 Farnam St.) will be held following the tour*.

The Omaha Steel Works building finds new life in UNMC’s campus expansion. Catalyst will house UNeTech and UNeMed, the Med Center’s R&D arms, plus additional office space, Big Grove Brewery, Big Grove Coffee Company and event space. Catalyst provides the space and opportunity
for private enterprises (startups to Fortune 20 companies), government, academics, nonprofits, and healthcare providers and payers to partner in accelerating innovation and driving effective, enduring change. We are a home for companies and organizations that seek to improve the future by joining other entrepreneurs and industry leaders pursuing advancement in their respective fields. Whether your office needs are a single desk, move-in ready office space, or a traditional office space, Catalyst has a place for you. With the Catalyst community advantage, you'll co-locate thought leaders and enjoy convenient collaboration, exchange of ideas, and access to institutional knowledge to advance your goals and mission.

    Instructions:

Parking is available along 46th Street and the overflow lot along Saddle Creek. The group will meet in our lobby, which is the main entrance by Big Grove Coffee (notated by the star the Parking Map). We will likely split into smaller groups for the tour.

*Drinks are not included with tour registration.
