Metropolitan Community College Fort Omaha Campus Redevelopment located near the intersection of 30th Street and Sorensen Parkway. This project expands the current Metro campus to the south, while redeveloping land previously owned by the US Army, and expanding the educational offerings that Metro provides to its students. This project consists of three new academic buildings, a central utility plant, roadways, parking, utilities, site amenities and stormwater management.
Joe Flaxbeard works for Lamp Rynearson as a project manager in the firm’s Design Group. He is the senior project engineer on the Metropolitan Community College project and has worked on many redevelopment and infrastructure projects in the City of Omaha.
Lindsay Neemann is an architect at Metropolitan Community College. After working in architectural firms in St Louis and Salt Lake City, she joined MCC and now assists with project management, capital development and planning for the college.
