Presentation:
Mutual of Omaha’s Chief Customer Service Officer Shannon Hite and Senior Vice President of Business Resiliency Alex Hayes will present on various aspects of the company’s new corporate headquarters project. In January 2022, Mutual of Omaha announced its plans to develop a corporate headquarters facility in downtown Omaha. Located on the west end of the Gene Leahy Mall, the company officially launched the construction phase with a groundbreaking ceremony in January 2023. The project is expected to be complete in 2026. At 677 feet, the building will feature 44 floors making it the tallest building in the region – serving as a beacon for vitality, development and investment in our downtown Omaha urban core. Designed for a hybrid work environment, at approximately 800,000 square feet (compared to Mutual of Omaha’s current 1.7-million-square-foot Midtown Omaha campus), the building will be a hub that enables collaboration, creativity and innovation.
