Amanda Grint is the Assistant General Manager at the Papio NRD. Amanda attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and earned her bachelors degree in Biological Systems Engineering. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska and a Certified Floodplain Manager.

Amanda has worked for eighteen years in Stormwater and Water Resources Management at the Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District in Omaha, NE.

Lindy Rogers is the Construction Engineer at the Papio Natural Resources District (NRD) and has worked as a civil engineer since graduating from Texas A&M University in 1994. She began her career in land development before transitioning to water resources engineering more than 14 years ago, where she has focused primarily on flood risk reduction projects, with an emphasis on levee systems.

Lindy has led the design and construction observation of numerous projects, including the $25 million modifications to the R-613 and R-616-613 levees that protect Offutt Air Force Base and the Papio Creek Water Resource Facility. At the Papio NRD, her work centers on developing safety plans, conducting inspections, and preparing maintenance plans for the District’s 103 dams and more than 90 miles of channels and levees.

In her spare time, Lindy enjoys sharing her love of water resources engineering with local schools, spending time with her family, and making the most of lake life.
